Event Overview:

StreamCity.ca had the honour of providing comprehensive audiovisual services for the Untapped Awards hosted by Open Door Group. This ceremony celebrated outstanding individuals and businesses, recognizing their contributions to cultural diversity, accessibility, and disability inclusion in workplaces across British Columbia.

Clients Vision:

Open Door Group envisioned an event that was visually impressive, engaging, and above all, celebrated diversity and inclusion. StreamCity.ca coordinated slide presentations, video elements, and live event streaming services to ensure the success of this event.

Our Response:

• Technical Expertise and Creativity: Approaching the challenge with a blend of creativity and technical expertise, we presented captivating PowerPoint presentations and utilized multiple projectors to create vibrant, visually appealing displays.
• Live Streaming Setup: Our live streaming setup, part of our comprehensive event and audiovisual production, was meticulously executed, enabling real-time engagement for remote participants in Vancouver. This allowed them to fully engage and participate in the event as if physically present.
• Accessibility Focus: Ensuring inclusivity for all attendees, we incorporated American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and closed captioning (CC) into the event. This focus on accessibility made the Untapped Awards an inclusive and accessible event for everyone.

Outcome:

The event was a resounding success. With visually stunning presentations that captured the audience's attention, the seamless Livestreaming experience allowed remote attendees to feel 100% present. The Open Door group received positive feedback, especially highlighting the inclusive approach of the event.
